Jet Power Street Lamp System 捷豹路灯系统

JPSLS is inherited Jet Power tradition on its Management and Control for Jet Power believes that all technology is only a tool to make life easier. Follow the track, JPSLS is made in similar technology as JPLS in a smaller scale to execute command from JPSLS software to control individual street lamp poles disregard number of lights on the lamp poles. 

JPSLS 捷豹路灯系统继承了捷豹的设计传统, 针对人的管理及操控,因为我门相信所有科技的目的是让人的生活更容易,所以JPSLS以JPLS相似的技术设计到控制到每一支路灯而不需考虑路灯上有多少支灯.

I.                Functionalities of Jet Power Street Lamp Management System JPSLS的功能

The system consists and combines with different modules & software and accessories to make the energy saving and management possible. Therefore it is not recommended to divide them into parts but treat them as a whole – Jet Power street lamp management system.

JPSLS包括了不同的模块及软件令系统工作正常.

Its functionalities shall be as:

1.       Easy Installation 容易安装

Install Jet Power Street Lamp System (JPSLS) should install 系统需安装

l         A Jet Power Saver should be installed to control no more than 256 poles of street lamp 捷豹灯光节电器控制多于256支灯柱

l         A Jet Power module should install into every pole 在每支灯柱安装JP路灯模块

l         A converter should install to manage communication among controlled poles RS485/TCPIP转换器需连接到JPLS灯光节电器作收发信号之用

l         Modules install inside lamp poles 控制模块需安装到没支灯柱

l         Power lines connect to modules & then to lamp 电源连接到模块再到灯

l         Power lines connect to Saver 电源连接到JPLS节电器

l         Optional communication device: by radio frequency transmit from one pole to next 2 poles in radius no more than 100 meters. 选项:通信可使用无线电信号

2.       Harsh working conditions 能抵受恶劣环境

l         Saver installs probably in house or out door and module inside lamp pole should be absolutely out door that may impact by different weather & conditions JPLS灯光节电器应安装在户内而模块安装在户外灯柱内

l         There are impacts to the system 太恶劣的环境会影响:

n         Accuracy of communication 通信精度

n         Life span of saver & mostly the modules 节电器的寿命,尤其是模块

3.       Easy Maintenance 容易保养

Compact size of saver and modules make maintenance easy for our dealers shall replace suspicious damaged savers & module by new one that secure operation time and saving time.细小体积设计方便短时间内更换怀疑有问题的模块

Even when there is urgent maintenance required, our reasonably modular design require minimum work load for replacement.

4.       Dimming effect 调光暗功能

Save energy by management; tune down lumen level or dimming level or saving level into actual requirements. The dimming should not affect its life span of lamps or its components but extend. 用户可按需求在不同时段调节光度, 减光不单不会减少寿命而会延长寿命

5.       Management 管理

Core of Jet Power system is its Management application software. The most efficient way to save energy is managed by Man-ager or a human being. Only a man knows when to turn on or off street lamp, when to dim the lamps, when not to dim accordance to many factors – raining days, cloudy nights, clear nights with full moon, traffic accident, special incidences or events or parade etc. 捷豹的核心是人的管理,只有人才会确定什么时候需要灯的亮度,如下雨天,阴天,满月的晚上,交通事故,喜庆节日等.

A.      For system is controlled to single lamp poles, by Jet Power system, user is capable to control dimming effect to single designated lamp pole or to grouped lamp poles. Generally, the dimming or saving can be set to 80-100% (recommended, for too much saving or too dim the light shall cause lamp flickering) of original luminous. 可按需求及地点设定每一支灯的亮度

B.      Scheduling, Jet Power system has user self defined schedule by region, group, communication numbers, lamp poles ID etc. 用户可按灯柱,节电器分区,分组管理路灯

C.      On & off schedule 开关路灯

D.     Emergency – only for communication with Optional RF devices. 紧急全开 (选项)

6.       Monitoring & Reporting 监控及报表

To manage street lamps, manager should make decision when incidents occur with facts – time, luminous level, weather, saving rate etc.路灯控制部门按数据决定路灯开关时间,亮度,节电率等

Therefore, Jet Power system present to customers report displaying by group, by communication converters, by module, by days & date the power consumption, saving rate etc. So, user may utilize these figures to make alternative decisions. 因此JPSLS系统的报表收集有关数据,按年,月,日时灯分析路灯使用情况给用户作合理的安排

Real time monitoring, by using Jet Power system; user may monitor real time on-line 使用捷豹系统,用户可即时连线监控路灯使用情况:

l         Total current display by communication converters 通过TCPIP/RS485转换器及模块在电脑上显示电流

l         Total current display by module ID numbers 电流显示可到每一支灯柱

l         Total current display by group 每组的总电流

l         Bench marked current in Ampere 收录正常电流数据

l         Upon variation reading of ampere of street lamps, user may notice whether the street lamp poles are in normal operating condition or has defects that save time & money of maintenance & most important of all, ensure all street lamp poles in good condition to provide sufficient light to avoid possibility of traffic accident.当电流数据跟正常数据不一致时,用户可检测是否有灯不正常工作而及时作维修安排

II.           Features & Specification of Jet Power Street Lamp System捷豹路灯系统规格及组成

1.       Jet Power Saver捷豹灯光节电器

Jet Power Saver is installed at front end of power line of designated street lamps. 节电器应安装在每路灯回路前

Functions 功能:

l         Connect to street lamp power cable with maximum current of – 120A 最大电流是120A

l         Inter-connection to signal generator – the communication converters 通信器

l         Send commands & setting to every Jet Power module & receive power consumption or status of lamp poles through POWER LINE. This communication is taking place only when street lamps are turned off. Optional communication with street lamps are turned on shall be using Radio Frequency (RF) with distance restriction of 100 meters. JPSLS的通信使用电缆而不需令外拉线,减少安装费用,但上载或下载数据时应在路灯不供电的情况下.用户若需不中断通信的话,应选用选项无线电通信.

l         Update street lamp scheduling from control center 上载路灯情况到中心系统

2.       Jet Power module 路灯模块

Jet Power module is designed to sustain harsh working conditions with -20ºC to +50ºC and other specifications are 路灯模块设计可抵受-20度到50度:

l         Maximum loading not exceeding 240V 20A per single lamp pole 每柱路灯不应超过240V 20V

l         No fans with only heat sink 模块没有风扇散热或活动易损件

l         Send relevant lamp pole power conditions to Jet Power Saver 通信功能与捷豹节电器连接

l         Receive & send data only when street lamps are turned off 当路灯不工作时收发数据

l         Optional receive & send data during street lamps are on with RF communication with antennae installed and possible affect by bad weather – stormy weather etc.长期通信功能需由无线电通信但同样会受雷暴或其他电磁波影响

3.       Communication converters & its core communication design

The converters are vertebrae of system that interconnect with module, saver and control center.

Architecture of this communication network works as following:

From control center to every saver by TCP/IP – from saver to street lamp pole by RS485 or similar format in way of power cable or RF signal – from module to saver by power cable

Using power cable to download parameter from saver & from control center only in condition – street lamps are turn off. Only then, signal may transmit. This is the simple way to communicate. Disadvantage is – power cable has harmonic during operation, unstable signal may generate.

If user need to upload data from module & to control center at all time, optional communication should be used – RF communication. Disadvantage of using RF is – signal may be influenced by other RF signal & or weather.

The most secure way of communication is using hardwire signal cable or mobile communication but it may very costly.

4.       Control center management system 控制中心管理系统

The control center management system of Jet Power Street Lamp System is very similar to our existing Jet Power Light Management system as 控制中心管理系统跟捷豹现有系统雷同:

l         Status of every group, converters & street lamp poles ID 显示每组,每个转换器(IP地址)及每支灯柱的情况

l         Setting of every group, converters & street lamp poles ID 设定组,转换器及路等名称

l         Setting of time schedule of every group converters & lamp poles 按组,转换器及路灯号设定开关时间,减光时间等

l         Setting of maximum loading, saving ratio, sensitivity of lamp poles, heat up time 设定最大负荷, 节电率, 敏感度及灯灭从开时间等

l         User definition 用户设定

l         Report generation 报表生成
